My work on the MyG engagement brings together customer feedback calls, HR automation, incoming recruitment calls, and interview-related workflows.

My Shifa work brings hospital enquiries into WhatsApp. The reviewed implementation includes appointment flows, lab-report delivery, AI voice-note replies, and handoffs to reception.
The code connects WhatsApp, Nuacare hospital workflows, and Chatwoot. Production rollout, individual delivery responsibilities, and outcomes are still being confirmed.
